An Introduction
I've always believed that stories don't start when the camera rolls.
They start much earlier — in thought, in feeling, in moments that don't ask to be shared but linger anyway.
This page exists for those moments.
Here, I write from two places:
from myself — Yorel Cairo — and from the world of YCFRAMES.
Sometimes those voices blend. Sometimes one speaks louder than the other. Both are honest.
You'll find personal reflections, creative process, lessons learned on set, ideas in progress, and thoughts that don't fit neatly into a pitch deck or a finished frame. Some posts will be raw. Others more structured. None of them are meant to be definitive.
This isn't a blog about trends, hacks, or formulas.
It's a space for storytelling — before it becomes visual, commercial, or complete.
I don't write here to teach.
I write to reflect.
To document.
To connect.
If something resonates, good.
If it sparks a conversation, even better.
Welcome to the space between frames.
— Yorel Cairo
